Trail Highlights
The trail follows the Little Zigzag River upstream to the trails end at Little Zigzag Falls. It affords visitors a cool and pleasant hike on a hot day. A nice hike to take children on but supervision along the riverside a must.

At the end of the trail, visitors have impacted the surrounding vegetation by traveling off the trail. The impact of the cumulative effect is significant. Please stay on the official trail.
Directions to Trailhead
Take U.S. 26 to 4.3 mi. east of Rhododendron and turn northwards onto Rd. 2639 (Kiwanis Camp Road). Continue to the end of this road (2.2 mi.) and a large parking area. The trailhead is at the north end of the parking area.
