• Barlow Trail

  This once was a part of the Historic Barlow Road, one of the last legs of the Historic Oregon Trail. More

• Crosstown Trail

  Crosstown Trail parallels Government Camp above and north of the village. Crosstown Trail links several other trails making it a key route in the area. More

• Little Crater Trail

  This trail goes through Little Crater Meadow and on to Little Crater Lake and the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail. More

• Little Zigzag Falls Trail

  The trail follows the Little Zigzag River upstream to the trails end at Little Zigzag Falls. It affords visitors a cool and pleasant hike on a hot day. More

• Mirror Lake Trail

  Views of Mt Hood from a small backcountry lake are a big draw for this trail. Mirror Lake is a classic glacial cirque lake. More

• Mountaineer Trail

  This is the highest elevation trail on the south side of Mt Hood and much of it is above tree line so views are outstanding. More

• Sahalie Falls & Umbrella Falls Loop Trail

  Some beautiful alpine meadows, two waterfalls, and a close-up view of Mt. Hood combine to make this a lovely and not too difficult day hike. More

• Skiway & Wally's Trail

  This trail starts right in Government Camp and visitors staying there can start right out their door. It connects with Crosstown Trail and Glade Trail so route options are expanded. More

• Tamanawas Falls Trail

  An ideal destination to cool off on a hot summer afternoon! The falls are approximately 100 feet high and 40 feet wide. More

• Veda Lake Trail

  The trail offers numerous viewpoints of the lake, Still Creek drainage and Mt. Hood. Swimming, fishing, picnicking and camping are enjoyed at the lake. More
