Parking and Passes
Snopark Permits are required at all plowed winter parking areas from November15 through April 30, including parking lots at the downhill ski areas. Both daily and annual SnoPark permits can be purchased at the ski areas and most of the shops in Government Camp.
The Northwest Forest Pass is required at many Forest Service trailheads and Day Use Sites and can be purchased at Ranger Stations, the Mt Hood Information Center and some shops in Government Camp.
Additional passes are required for visiting state parks and individual day use sites such as the BLM Wildwood Recreation Park.
